Our wooden first toy — Early Education Sensory Perception Cognitive Fun Interactive Solid Beech Wood Pushcart — is made for children aged five to eight. Play is mostly about texture and weight that reward exploration, with the first toy a parent keeps arriving without being taught. It measures about 16.5*16.5*4.5cm/0.5kg. It is made from solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Baby-range pieces are sanded to a rounded profile with no sharp internal corners, then finished with a water-based, EN71-3 tested coating. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

MOQ 40 sets; allow 9 days for production. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
