Dexterity and Hand-eye Coordination Portable Travel Toys for Toddler, Montessori Busy is a wooden first toy from our Baby & First Toys range, made for the 3–5 age band. It is designed around grasping and releasing that builds hand control and the first toy a parent keeps. It measures about 13 × 5 × 13 cm. Material: solid hardwood.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Baby-range pieces are sanded to a rounded profile with no sharp internal corners, then finished with a water-based, EN71-3 tested coating. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.
It runs from 2 pieces and takes around 7 days to produce. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
