This wooden first toy belongs to the Baby & First Toys range and is built for the under-three market. Play is mostly about texture and weight that reward exploration, with cause and effect a baby can repeat arriving without being taught. The finished piece measures , measuring about 58*12*9 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Baby toys range. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

It is quoted at MOQ 10 pieces, with production around 31 days. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model.
