Our wooden first toy — Charming Wooden Pull Toy Turtle for Children Great for Baby's Early Walk String Pulling — is made for school-age children. The material and the shape support the first toy a parent keeps and a shape that fits a baby's hand. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 12.5*18.5*6cm/0.3kg in solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Every batch is checked for loose parts, splinters and finish defects before packing. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

It runs from 28 sets and takes around 9 days to produce. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
