CE CPC Kids Wooden Bear Montessori 11-in-1 Multi-functional Custom Felt Panda Busy Sensory is the kind of wooden first toy that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. It gives a child the first toy a parent keeps, and gives the adult a shape that fits a baby's hand. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 33.5 × 25 × 5 cm, in solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Baby-range pieces are sanded to a rounded profile with no sharp internal corners, then finished with a water-based, EN71-3 tested coating. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

MOQ 10 pieces; allow 31 days for production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
