About this product
Baby Wooden Dragging Crocodile Drumming Trolley Educational Pull Knock Toys for Kids is a wooden first toy from our Baby & First Toys range, made for babies and toddlers. Children come back to it because it rewards a calm object in a day full of plastic. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 14*15*17cm.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Every batch is checked for loose parts, splinters and finish defects before packing. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
MOQ 3 pieces; allow 31 days for production. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
