In the Baby & First Toys range, Baby Wooden Activity Cube Montessori Educational Toys Learning Toy Multi-functional is a wooden first toy for the under-three market. It gives a child a shape that fits a baby's hand, and gives the adult grasping and releasing that builds hand control. Dimensions are , measuring about 16*16*18CM; the set is a single piece.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

MOQ 24 pieces; allow 15 days for production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
