A wooden first toy for children from 12 months, Baby Montessori Wooden Color Classification Cup Fine Motor Skills Learning is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. The material and the shape support cause and effect a baby can repeat and the first toy a parent keeps. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 11*11*14cm in solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Every batch is checked for loose parts, splinters and finish defects before packing. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

MOQ is 2 sets; lead time is about 30 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
