Part of our Baby & First Toys range, Baby Hand Operated Toy Original Wood Colour Wooden Bear Rattles is a wooden first toy designed for children from 12 months. Children come back to it because it rewards a calm object in a day full of plastic. Dimensions are , measuring about 12.8 × 6.2 × 1 cm; the set is a single piece.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Baby toys range. Every batch is checked for loose parts, splinters and finish defects before packing. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

MOQ 10 pieces; allow 7 days for production. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
