Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Every batch is checked for loose parts, splinters and finish defects before packing. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
