Built as a wooden first toy, 0-12 Months Infant Newborn Grasp Toy Montessori Beech Wood Rattle Ring 5 Pieces Wooden sits in the Baby & First Toys range. Play is mostly about grasping and releasing that builds hand control, with a calm object in a day full of plastic arriving without being taught. 5-piece set. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 20 × 20 × 25 cm.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Baby toys range. Every batch is checked for loose parts, splinters and finish defects before packing. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

It runs from 50 sets and takes around 25 days to produce. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
