Built as a wooden puzzle, Wooden Mushroom Peg Handheld Puzzle Educational Alphabet and Number Peg Puzzle Early sits in the Puzzles & Brain range. Children come back to it because it rewards fine pincer grip from picking up one piece. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 31 × 25 × 5 cm in solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 10 pieces, 7-day production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
