Wooden Letter Number Shape Peg Board Montessori Learning Alphabet 3D Puzzle Game is the kind of wooden puzzle that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 21 × 21 × 1 cm, in sealed MDF.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

3 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 31 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
