This wooden jigsaw puzzle belongs to the Puzzles & Brain range and is built for children aged six and up. It gives a child visual matching that builds early reading skills, and gives the adult the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 15*15*1.7cm.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Puzzles range. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

MOQ is 200 pieces; lead time is about 31 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
