Play is mostly about a finished result that can be shown and kept, with fine pincer grip from picking up one piece arriving without being taught. Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.
It runs from 100 pieces and takes around 45 days to produce. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
