Part of our Puzzles & Brain range, Mathematical Counting Wooden Puzzle Toy for Preschool Children's Early Intelligence is a wooden puzzle designed for children from five years. It gives a child patience and sequencing in a form a child controls, and gives the adult fine pincer grip from picking up one piece. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 35 × 20 × 12 cm in solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

It is quoted at MOQ 20 sets, with production around 31 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
