Children Wooden Alphabets Number Montessori 3D Learning Jigsaw Puzzles Educational is a wooden jigsaw puzzle from our Puzzles & Brain range, made for the 3–5 age band. Play is mostly about a finished result that can be shown and kept, with patience and sequencing in a form a child controls arriving without being taught. The main body is birch plywood, measuring about 20 * 20 * 0.8 cm.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

10 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 7 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
