In the Pretend & Role Play range, Wooden DIY Big Toys Pretend Play Doll Houses for Kids Wooden Toy is a wooden doll for preschool children. The point of the toy is a story that changes every time it is played; the second benefit is the kind of play that absorbs a child for an hour. It measures about 43 × 13.5 × 65.5 cm. Material: solid hardwood.
The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Doors, knobs and hinges are fitted and cycled before packing because a play kitchen is opened hundreds of times. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
It runs from 50 sets and takes around 60 days to produce. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
