Design Your Own Brand Size Wood Doll Custom Peg Doll Mini Pocket Size is a wooden doll from our Pretend & Role Play range, made for school-age children. What it asks for is language that appears when a child is in role, not a screen. The finished piece measures , measuring about 9 × 9 × 3 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.
The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Doors, knobs and hinges are fitted and cycled before packing because a play kitchen is opened hundreds of times. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
MOQ 300 pieces; allow 30 days for production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
