The point of the toy is the kind of play that absorbs a child for an hour; the second benefit is the confidence of being the grown-up for once. It measures about 7*3 cm. Material: solid beech.
It is made the way we make everything in this range. Small props are sanded and painted separately, then packed with an age-appropriate warning panel on the box. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
MOQ is 10 pieces; lead time is about 15 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
