The material and the shape support a toy that becomes whatever the play needs and the texture and weight of real wood. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 20*20*4.5cm.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Shapes are cut, tumbled and hand-sanded to remove splinters, then finished with oil or a water-based stain. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

It is quoted at MOQ 5 sets, with production around 9 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
