It is designed around a set that grows with the child and storytelling with pieces that have no fixed role. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 2.9*2.9*7cm in solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Shapes are cut, tumbled and hand-sanded to remove splinters, then finished with oil or a water-based stain. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

MOQ is 2 sets; lead time is about 15 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
