Wooden Loose Parts Rainbow Mandala Loose Parts Sensory Play Toys is a wooden loose-parts set from our Open-Ended Play range, made for children from three years. Play is mostly about storytelling with pieces that have no fixed role, with a calm, tactile alternative to plastic arriving without being taught. Dimensions are , measuring about 47 × 42 × 10 cm; the set is a single piece.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Shapes are cut, tumbled and hand-sanded to remove splinters, then finished with oil or a water-based stain. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
MOQ is 3 pieces; lead time is about 16 days. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
