About this product

Wooden Cup and Ball Toy for Toddlers Montessori Hand-Eye Coordination Training Sensory is a wooden loose-parts set from our Open-Ended Play range, made for babies from about 18 months. The play value is simple: a set that grows with the child. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 5*5*12cm/0.1kg in solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Shapes are cut, tumbled and hand-sanded to remove splinters, then finished with oil or a water-based stain. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 2 pieces, 25-day production. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Can we buy natural, unfinished sets?
Yes. Unfinished and oiled sets are both available. Unfinished wood is not suitable for mouthing under-3s unless a food-grade finish is specified.
How much colour variation is normal?
Natural hardwood varies in tone and grain between pieces and between batches. We sort for consistency within a set but cannot make wood uniform.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 2 pieces for stock colours. A custom colourway or printed box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
