The play value is simple: a toy that becomes whatever the play needs. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 14 × 11 × 5 cm in solid hardwood.
The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Because there is no print or fixed assembly, the quality check is on surface finish and dimension consistency. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
It runs from 300 sets and takes around 35 days to produce. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
