Wooden 12 Pastel Color Peg Dolls in a Box Toy is a wooden loose-parts set from our Open-Ended Play range, made for preschool children. Play is mostly about a set that grows with the child, with a calm, tactile alternative to plastic arriving without being taught. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 15.3 × 12.5 × 6.7cm in solid hardwood.
The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Natural sets are sorted by tone within a batch so that a bag reads as one set rather than a mix. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 500 pieces, 34-day production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
