Part of our Open-Ended Play range, Wooden 12 Colorful Peg Dolls in a Tray Toy is a wooden loose-parts set designed for the 3–5 age band. The point of the toy is sorting and patterning without a worksheet; the second benefit is a set that grows with the child. It measures about 15 × 15 × 45 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Because there is no print or fixed assembly, the quality check is on surface finish and dimension consistency. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

300 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 36 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
