A wooden loose-parts set for the 6+ age band, Wood rainbow Toy DIY Pine Wood Blank rainbow Waiting to Be Painted is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. It is designed around storytelling with pieces that have no fixed role and a toy that becomes whatever the play needs. It measures about 22*12*2.5cm. Material: solid pine.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Because there is no print or fixed assembly, the quality check is on surface finish and dimension consistency. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.
200 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 25 days. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
