Wood Montessori Toys Rainbow Shoots Palos Sticks Brot with Small Eyes Peg Dolls Pastel

About this product

In the Open-Ended Play range, Wood Montessori Toys Rainbow Shoots Palos Sticks Brot with Small Eyes Peg Dolls Pastel is a wooden loose-parts set for children aged three to five. Children come back to it because it rewards a toy that becomes whatever the play needs. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 25 × 15 × 9 cm, in solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Shapes are cut, tumbled and hand-sanded to remove splinters, then finished with oil or a water-based stain. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 3 boxes, 7-day production. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
