Play is mostly about a calm, tactile alternative to plastic, with a toy that becomes whatever the play needs arriving without being taught. Dimensions are , measuring about 5 × 5 × 10 cm; the set is a single piece.
The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Shapes are cut, tumbled and hand-sanded to remove splinters, then finished with oil or a water-based stain. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
MOQ is 2 pieces; lead time is about 9 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
