Set of 6 Wood Rainbow Peg Dolls Set for Preschool Kindergarten Waldorf Montessori Reggio is a wooden loose-parts set from our Open-Ended Play range, made for children aged three to five. It gives a child a set that grows with the child, and gives the adult a calm, tactile alternative to plastic. The finished piece measures , measuring about Height:5cm. Diameter is 2cm and is cut from solid pine.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Because there is no print or fixed assembly, the quality check is on surface finish and dimension consistency. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.
MOQ 100 pieces; allow 25 days for production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
