Rainbow Wooden Peg Dolls Friends Figurines with Cups Montessori Toy for Kids Open Ended is a wooden loose-parts set from our Open-Ended Play range, made for children from three years. It is designed around a toy that becomes whatever the play needs and a calm, tactile alternative to plastic. Dimensions are , measuring about 15 × 12 × 7 cm; the set is a single piece.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Shapes are cut, tumbled and hand-sanded to remove splinters, then finished with oil or a water-based stain. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.
It runs from 3 boxes and takes around 7 days to produce. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
