Play is mostly about a toy that becomes whatever the play needs, with the texture and weight of real wood arriving without being taught. It measures about 7*7*1.2cm. Material: solid hardwood.
It is made the way we make everything in this range. Shapes are cut, tumbled and hand-sanded to remove splinters, then finished with oil or a water-based stain. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
Pricing starts at 300 pieces and production is around 10 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
