Rainbow Pyramid Infants Wooden Toys Set Kids Educational Early Teaching Diy Toy 100 Pcs is a wooden loose-parts set from our Open-Ended Play range, made for the 3–5 age band. The point of the toy is sorting and patterning without a worksheet; the second benefit is storytelling with pieces that have no fixed role. 100-piece set. The finished piece is about 50 × 50 × 15 cm. Material: solid beech.
It is made the way we make everything in this range. Because there is no print or fixed assembly, the quality check is on surface finish and dimension consistency. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
20 sets is the minimum run and production takes roughly 7 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
