Natural Unfinished Painted Wooden People Polished Wood Material 50 Pcs DIY Wooden Peg is the kind of wooden loose-parts set that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. It is designed around a set that grows with the child and the texture and weight of real wood. 50-piece set. The finished piece is about 17 × 12 × 6 cm. Material: solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Shapes are cut, tumbled and hand-sanded to remove splinters, then finished with oil or a water-based stain. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

It runs from 100 pieces and takes around 31 days to produce. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
