Play is mostly about a calm, tactile alternative to plastic, with a set that grows with the child arriving without being taught. Dimensions are , measuring about 20.1 × 17.4 × 7.6 cm; the set is a single piece.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Natural sets are sorted by tone within a batch so that a bag reads as one set rather than a mix. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

Pricing starts at 1 piece and production is around 7 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
