About this product

In the Open-Ended Play range, Montessori Wooden Peg Dolls Set for Educational Toy Sellers is a wooden loose-parts set for school-age children. Play is mostly about storytelling with pieces that have no fixed role, with the texture and weight of real wood arriving without being taught. The finished piece measures , measuring about 16 × 10 × 7 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Shapes are cut, tumbled and hand-sanded to remove splinters, then finished with oil or a water-based stain. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

MOQ is 100 sets; lead time is about 35 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Can we buy natural, unfinished sets?
Yes. Unfinished and oiled sets are both available. Unfinished wood is not suitable for mouthing under-3s unless a food-grade finish is specified.
How much colour variation is normal?
Natural hardwood varies in tone and grain between pieces and between batches. We sort for consistency within a set but cannot make wood uniform.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 100 sets for stock colours. A custom colourway or printed box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
