The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Because there is no print or fixed assembly, the quality check is on surface finish and dimension consistency. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.
Orders start at 3 sets, with about 31 days in production. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
