Play is mostly about a calm, tactile alternative to plastic, with a set that grows with the child arriving without being taught. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 22 × 15 × 16 cm in solid hardwood.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Natural sets are sorted by tone within a batch so that a bag reads as one set rather than a mix. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 100 pieces, 45-day production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model.
