Built as a wooden loose-parts set, Montessori Early Education Rainbow Ferrules Coordination Paired Pillar Color Cognition sits in the Open-Ended Play range. The point of the toy is sorting and patterning without a worksheet; the second benefit is a toy that becomes whatever the play needs. The finished piece measures , measuring about 22*17*2.5cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Shapes are cut, tumbled and hand-sanded to remove splinters, then finished with oil or a water-based stain. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

MOQ is 20 sets; lead time is about 12 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
