In the Open-Ended Play range, Loose Part Kit Mandala Loose Parts Montessori Waldorf 324 Pcs Mandala Full Kit is a wooden loose-parts set for children aged three to five. The play value is simple: a set that grows with the child. 324-piece set. The finished piece measures , measuring about 44*37cm and is cut from solid hardwood.
It is made the way we make everything in this range. Shapes are cut, tumbled and hand-sanded to remove splinters, then finished with oil or a water-based stain. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
MOQ is 1 set; lead time is about 15 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
