Early Childhood Enlightenment Solid Wood Rainbow Color Cognition Set Column Ring Hand-Eye

About this product

In the Open-Ended Play range, Early Childhood Enlightenment Solid Wood Rainbow Color Cognition Set Column Ring Hand-Eye is a wooden loose-parts set for the under-three market. What it asks for is a toy that becomes whatever the play needs, not a screen. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 31 × 12 × 8 cm in solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Natural sets are sorted by tone within a batch so that a bag reads as one set rather than a mix. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

It is quoted at MOQ 36 pieces, with production around 31 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
