The point of the toy is a set that grows with the child; the second benefit is a toy that becomes whatever the play needs. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 23.5*15.5*3.5cm, in solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Natural sets are sorted by tone within a batch so that a bag reads as one set rather than a mix. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

It is quoted at MOQ 2 pieces, with production around 9 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
