About this product
Our wooden loose-parts set — Creative Games Sensory Hedgehog Wooden Toy for Child — is made for babies from about 18 months. What it asks for is a toy that becomes whatever the play needs, not a screen. Dimensions are , measuring about 32.5 × 27 × 3.8 cm; the set is a single piece.
It is made the way we make everything in this range. Shapes are cut, tumbled and hand-sanded to remove splinters, then finished with oil or a water-based stain. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 500 sets, 45-day production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
