The material and the shape support the texture and weight of real wood and a toy that becomes whatever the play needs. The finished piece measures , measuring about 23 × 23 × 5.5 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Natural sets are sorted by tone within a batch so that a bag reads as one set rather than a mix. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

Orders start at 3 boxes, with about 16 days in production. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
