About this product
This wooden animal set belongs to the Open-Ended Play range and is built for the 3–5 age band. What it asks for is the texture and weight of real wood, not a screen. It measures about 11.5*4.5*3cm. It is made from solid hardwood.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Because there is no print or fixed assembly, the quality check is on surface finish and dimension consistency. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.
It is quoted at MOQ 10 boxes, with production around 60 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
