It gives a child sorting and patterning without a worksheet, and gives the adult a set that grows with the child. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 48 × 33 × 36.5 cm.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Because there is no print or fixed assembly, the quality check is on surface finish and dimension consistency. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

Customisation

Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
