This wooden loose-parts set belongs to the Open-Ended Play range and is built for babies and toddlers. The material and the shape support a calm, tactile alternative to plastic and the texture and weight of real wood. The finished piece measures , measuring about 25.0 × 12.0 × 17.0 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Natural sets are sorted by tone within a batch so that a bag reads as one set rather than a mix. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

It is quoted at MOQ 60 pieces, with production around 7 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model.
