It is made the way we make everything in this range. Outdoor parts are cut from exterior-grade timber, sealed on all faces and assembled with coated hardware. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.
2 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 7 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
