About this product

Part of our Move & Ride range, Birch Wood Plywood Non Toxic Painted Safety Certified Educational Baby Walker Kids Wooden is a wooden ride-on toy designed for babies from about 18 months. It gives a child climbing that builds strength and judgment, and gives the adult outdoor play that does not need batteries. It measures about 34*37*40. Material: solid hardwood.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Ride-on range. Flat-pack cartons are drop-tested and include hardware, a tool and a printed assembly sheet. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

It runs from 100 sets and takes around 31 days to produce. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Are the outdoor toys weatherproof?
Timber is sealed for outdoor use and hardware is exterior grade. We recommend a cover or indoor storage in hard winters; no wooden toy should sit in standing water.
What is the weight limit on a balance bike?
Most wooden balance bikes are rated to 30 kg. The rating for each model is on the product page.
Is there a test report?
Yes, per model: EN71 for the EU, ASTM F963 and CPSIA for the US. Reports are supplied with the quotation.
